Being a mere circa 12% of the nations general population, American, Black, Citizens of the United States are over 60% of the homelessness; in Los Angeles, California its national capital, Black Angelinos are only 9% of the citywide population, yet, they are over 40-60% of the homeless; in downtown, Central City East district, dubbed Skid Row, the “ground 0 and black hole vortex” of homelessness, of all the homeless dwelling in “cheap” hotels, SRO’s, shelters, missions, to sidewalks, circa 90% are BLACK Men, followed by BLACK Women and their Children, then the others.
