My Comments
Should the US Congress House of Representatives take onto the “Floor” the John Conyers Reparations bill HR # 40 that discusses the validity of Reparations, and discover that indeed it is a credible matter that Americans should and must be considered, the following are the hurdles or obstacles be considered, they are:
Therefore, Reparations as such, at least advocated by so-called Black Nationalist, is practically impossible.
However, though “Reparations” as such is indeed impracticable, does not preclude reparations from being a valid, universal principle, precept and natural law encompassing all civilizations, nations, tribes, clans, families, even individuals, for the understanding of and rectification of humanity’s generational maladies.
While present generations are not guilty of the shameful, evil deeds of previous ones, nonetheless, are responsible to rectify them, thereby safeguarding those of the future, lest they become even more culpable than previous one, having the good graces of history knowledge to know better than they, learning from their failures.
The same holds true for glory of the good ones, that while they can’t can’t claim the successes, yet, do reap their benefits, are nonetheless, responsible to ensure the sane and more for future generations, that they may continue to emulate the great legacies of the past.
True is the law of Almighty GOD-HaShem, that being, “The fathers have eaten sour grapes, the children teeth are set on edge”, i,e., collective-generational responsibility.
The Tanakh Holy Hebrew Scriptures
The Book of Exodus Chapter 20:5&6
“…for I HaShem thy G-d am a jealous G-d, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate Me;”
“…and recompenses the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them: the Great, the Mighty God, the LORD of hosts, is his name,”
The Book of Jeremiah Chapter 31:29
“In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children’s teeth are set on edge. Jer. 31:29
The Book of Ezekiel Chapter 18:2
“What do mean, that you use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, ‘The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge?”
The law is supreme over proverb or saying.

Whereas on July 8, 2003, during a trip to Goree Island, Senegal, a former slave port, President George W. Bush acknowledged slavery’s continuing legacy in American life and the need to confront that legacy when he stated that slavery `was . . . one of the greatest crimes of history . . .
…The racial bigotry fed by slavery did not end with slavery or with segregation. And many of the issues that still trouble America have roots in the bitter experience of other times. But however long the journey, our destiny is set: liberty and justice for all;
Whereas President Bill Clinton also acknowledged the deep-seated problems caused by the continuing legacy of racism against African-Americans that began with slavery when he initiated a national dialogue about race;
Whereas a genuine apology is an important and necessary first step in the process of racial reconciliation;
Whereas an apology for centuries of brutal dehumanization and injustices cannot erase the past, but confession of the wrongs committed can speed racial healing and reconciliation and help Americans confront the ghosts of their past;
