WARNING CLAUSE

The 14th Amendment is the National Birth and Identity Certificate solely and exclusively for US Black Citizens.
This sacred law is not intended for foreign nationals whose citizenship is under the jurisdiction of their own countries, nor does it apply to any other unqualified persons.

It must be adequately understood and enforced by all branches of the federal government, most particularly the White House, i.e., the Presidency, back the military, when and where necessary, based on the January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation.

Mission Statement
Ensuring that the Hon. Mr. Donald J. Trump, President of the United States (POTUS) fully understands his Constitutional, Presidential duty to enforce as initially intended, the meaning and intent of the 14th Amendment, the National Birth and Identity Rights Certificate of US black citizens, i.e., the descendants of chattel slaves, Freemen, refugees, et al., that the matter may finally be made clear to all US citizens and foreigners.

Although he has made significant statements about, on behalf of, and to black citizens, the focus is not on Mr. Trump per se, but rather on the office of the President of the United States (POTUS), regardless of the political party affiliations, likes, or dislikes of specific individuals.

According to the 1866 Civil Rights Act, the Progenitor of the 14th  Amendment, by which it’s codified-enshrined into the Constitution, therefore, protected, preserved and unquestionably enforced, Sections 2, 4, 8, 9, and 10 gives the POTUS specific orders to be the personal protectorate and guardian of black citizens.

Such protection, i.e., “equal justice-protection under the law” US citizenship “as is enjoyed by white citizens” being intended by the 14th Amendment, are placed directly under the jurisdiction of the White House and the Pentagon, because, unlike all others, he has courageously made the matter the center piece of his presidential campaign, for which we are most grateful…and for why he is so hated by Democratic Party leadership.

The mysterious visceral hatred of the POTUS, though not right, is understandable, given the horrific history of the Democratic Party’s advocacy and waging war against the federal government and its citizens for 245 years, institutionalized generations-destroying, chattel slavery.

Immediately following the April 12, 1861, to May 15, 1865, Civil War, which was initiated by the rebellious anti-federal government of the State of South Carolina, leading to the formation of the Southern Confederacy, the Democratic Party instituted the 1865 Black Codes.

These slave-like codes morphed into the 1877, also generations-destroying Jim Crow state, county, and municipal statutes, ordinances, racial discrimination, etc., were enforced by its domestic, paramilitary domestic terrorists, anti-Black citizens, the KKK (Ku Klux Klan) lasting 99 years, ending with the July 2, 1964 Civil Rights Act, totaling 99 years.

The combined years of 245 chattel slavery and 99 years of Jim Crowism total to 344 years of generational destruction into the yet unknown future of Americans Africans as a consequence of unrequited injustices of such.

Frankly, in 2008, the US Congress, first the House of Representatives, followed by the Senate in 2009, both led by the Democratic Party, by federal law admitted to this matter of generational destruction caused by these injustices, entitled, HR # 194, Apologizing For Slavery and Jim Crowism against American Africans.

While well-meaning, if Mr. Trump is not fully knowledgeable about the matter, he may cause more confusion and, perhaps unwittingly, commit irreparable damage to the understanding of the 14th Amendment, which could exacerbate our national plight.

In doing so, the highest moral ground won to our country 150 years ago by the greatest generation in US history, which is the one in which 740,000 young, innocent white boys and men whose precious lives perished in the Civil War, will be retaken.

“For their sake, abolish not, nor alter the 14th Amendment Birthright Citizenship, simply enforce the sacred law as is intended.”
